NewsFour Liverpool players named in provisional England squad for Euro 2024
Four Liverpool players have today been named in England’s provisional squad for Euro 2024.
Trent Alexander-Arnold and Joe Gomez are joined by Curtis Jones and Jarell Quansah, both of whom are uncapped at senior international level.
The Reds quartet will be involved in the Three Lions’ 33-player training squad for pre-tournament friendlies against Bosnia and Herzegovina on June 3 and Iceland four days later.
Head coach Gareth Southgate must submit his final 26-man group for the European Championship by midnight on June 7, with England’s opening match versus Serbia taking place in Gelsenkirchen on June 16.
