Watch: Anfield pays respects on Remembrance Sunday

Liverpool’s match jerseys were embroidered with poppies, which after being autographed by its wearer, will be donated to the Royal British Legion to auction to raise funds for the Poppy Appeal.

Prior to kick-off, the players, staff and supporters of both teams fell silent in honour of those who have sacrificed themselves to secure and protect our freedom.
