Klopp's press conference

The boss says: "I enjoyed pretty much each second of the game. I don't know when I had as much fun in a football match. I was so happy for the kids that they will remember the night for the rest of their lives.

"Those who came to Anfield tonight, they saw 19 goals! Perfect night."

When's the draw for the quarter-finals? 

The draw takes place tomorrow at 8.45am GMT.

Joining Liverpool in the hat are Leicester, Colchester, Everton, Man City, Oxford, Aston Villa and Man United.

Origi speaks

The striker tells Sky Sports: "We just tried to give it our best and it was an unbelievable night. The fans also made it a special night.

"Our mentality is to always keep on going, regardless of what happens. We said it before the game, whatever happens, we just have to keep on going. We're just very happy."

Kelleher reaction

He tells Sky Sports: "It's what dreams are made of, winning a shootout in front of the Kop. The atmosphere was amazing, I've never experienced anything like it."

Five minutes of additional time...

Neco Williams is in for his senior debut as Liverpool make 11 changes for the clash with Arsenal tonight.

Sepp van den Berg earns a first start for the club since signing in the summer, while Rhian Brewster and Harvey Elliott are given another opportunity in attack.

Liverpool XI: Kelleher, Williams, Gomez, Van den Berg, Milner, Lallana, Keita, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Elliott, Origi, Brewster.

Hoever's exploits

Ki-Jana Hoever's goal at MK Dons last month, of course, helped set up tonight's tie.

But Jürgen Klopp cannot call upon the defender again due to the fact he is in Brazil competiting in the FIFA U17 World Cup with the Netherlands.

Regardless, the 17-year-old has been chatting to the matchday programme, and said: "It's a big experience to come to Brazil and play games in decent stadiums.

"The tournament is a big thing in Holland, a lot of people watch it. It's on one of the biggest television [networks] in Holland, it's watched and it's quite big.

"Of course, if you win it or make it far, there's a lot of attention."

Ticket donation makes dreams come true for local fans

Three-hundred children and local people from across Liverpool received a special surprise when they were gifted with a ticket for tonight's game

Teaming up with the club’s official charity, the LFC Foundation, 100 local children enrolled on the club’s half-term holiday camps were presented with a free match ticket, courtesy of Travel Options, an official reseller of hospitality experiences for Liverpool Football Club.

One-hundred local people taking part in initiatives organised by the club’s Red Neighbours programme were also rewarded with a trip to Anfield for tomorrow’s game, including elderly members of the Walking Football team and volunteers who regularly lend a much-needed hand at the local foodbanks.

In addition to that, 100 tickets have also been donated to charitable causes and requests received by the club, to provide an unforgettable experience to deserving fans often battling serious illnesses or difficult situations.

Kelleher's landmark

Just what would playing at Anfield for the first team mean to Caoimhin Kelleher? We put that to the 20-year-old at Melwood earlier this week.

The Irishman responded: "It's what I've been working towards the whole time I've been here, just trying to play at Anfield with the first team. To get out there would be an unbelievable experience.

"I've played a few times [at Anfield] with the U23s and stuff. It's been good but obviously it will be a bit different on Wednesday with a bigger crowd. But to get a feel for the place and to play on the pitch, that'll be good."

Arsenal preview

Unai Emery believes tonight's tie represents the perfect opportunity for Arsenal to bounce back after they let a two-goal lead slip on Sunday to draw 2-2 with Crystal Palace.

The Gunners boss told journalists on Tuesday: "Each match in this competition can be different, and tomorrow is one very good opportunity for us.

"We will be thinking that the Carabao Cup is important and it’s an opportunity for us to recover confidence and our way.

"It’s not important what players they have on the pitch because we need every player and tomorrow we are going to have the possibility to play some different players from Sunday, and also in Europa they can repeat the match. I am looking to play tomorrow with 11 players and 18 players in the squad to do one good match and find the victory.

"Each game is difficult and maybe they will change some players also, but to win at Anfield is difficult in each match."

History beckons for Harvey

Should Harvey Elliott feature tonight, he will become the youngest player to appear for Liverpool at Anfield at the age of 16 years and 209 days.

Tonight's tie comes just three days after our last home outing - Sunday's dramatic, come-from-behind 2-1 win over Tottenham.

Liverpool have won 14 consecutive games at Anfield in all competitions since the goalless draw with Bayern Munich back in February.

Another victory tonight would take the Reds four behind the club's all-time best winning sequence at home of 19, set in 1972.

Klopp: Our youngsters show the right attitude and hunger every day

Jürgen Klopp discusses the younger players at his disposal in his notes for the matchday programme.

"Although not certain, the strong likelihood is that a number of our younger players will feature in some capacity tonight," the boss writes.

"In Milton Keynes, Caoimhin Kelleher, Ki-Jana Hoever, Curtis Jones, Harvey Elliott and Rhian Brewster all started and equipped themselves superbly. Herbie Kane, Pedro Chirivella and Sepp van den Berg all came on off the bench. Ki-Jana isn't available to us at the moment because he is away with the Dutch national team with his respective age group. 

"The attitude these players showed in the last round is exactly what will be required this evening, if again given the opportunity. 

"They show the right attitude and the perfect amount of hunger each and every day they train with us at Melwood. They show us, in their actions, that they understand what an immense privilege it is to represent a club like Liverpool – it's an honour all of us blessed to work here feel."

Tickets for tonight's game are sold out and supporters not in possession of a ticket are urged not to travel to Anfield.

Fans are also reminded that the game is scheduled to kick-off at 7.30pm GMT.

Liverpool reached this stage by beating MK Dons 2-0 in the third round.

We'll have confirmed team news for you at around 6.15pm GMT, but we already know a bit about who is going to feature for the Reds tonight.

Caoimhin Kelleher will start in goal and Harvey Elliott is set to be part of the squad, but Joel Matip and Xherdan Shaqiri are definitely out.

Ki-Jana Hoever, who started and scored in the third-round win over MK Dons, is away at the U17 World Cup. 

Pep Lijnders stood in for Jürgen Klopp on pre-match media duties yesterday.
