Salah and Lovren: Friendship, coffee, Googling Virgil and the final
It’s the friendship within the Liverpool squad that has intrigued supporters in recent months, and now for the first time, Mohamed Salah and Dejan Lovren come together for a must-not-miss interview, available to watch via YouTube now.
The pair have developed a close bond during the course of the Egyptian’s record-breaking first season with the Reds, often taking to social media to poke good-natured fun at each other.
Salah and Lovren have now sat down in front of our cameras to lift the lid on their friendship and explained how they’ve forged such a close bond, albeit with plenty of jokes at the other’s expense.
There’s also some amusing anecdotes brought to life, such as the reason Salah decided to Google teammate Virgil van Dijk and what happened when Lovren ‘forgot’ the coffee order of the Reds’ top scorer.
In more serious matters, the pair look back on Liverpool’s Champions League journey so far as well as casting an eye forward to this weekend’s final with Real Madrid in Kiev.
It’s an interview no supporter should miss – and you can view it for free by clicking play on our embedded YouTube video below now.
