Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane struck to send Liverpool back into second place in the Premier League table with a 2-0 victory over Newcastle United at a sub-zero Anfield on Saturday night.
Salah opened the scoring with 40 minutes gone on Rafael Benitez's return to Merseyside, slotting in goal No.32 of the season from Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's assist.
Mane then fired the second after half-time from Roberto Firmino's lay-off to seal three points for Jürgen Klopp's side.
