Liverpool FC launch Snapchat lens
In a football first, Liverpool FC and Snapchat have teamed up to give fans a new way to show their love for the Reds.
Snapchat has launched a brand new lens that allows supporters to paint their face in club colours and head an LFC ball.
Snapchat lenses are visual effects which appear over your face, turning the user into a number of different characters – now including a Reds fan.
The LFC lens will be available across the United Kingdom until midnight on Sunday January 22 and then at Anfield for the remainder of the season so that fans at games, in the Anfield club store or on a stadium tour can show their support for the team.
Supporters will be able to use the LFC lens by downloading Snapchat here, then add LFC by searching for Liverpool FC on Snapchat, snapping the LFC Snapcode (below), or clicking here.
To use the lens, press and hold on your face to activate lenses. Snaps can then be sent as picture or video messages and shared with friends.
