We've all seen the pictures of Bill Shankly on the steps of St George's Hall - but in 120 years of LFC history, there are thousands more equally stunning yet rarely seen photographs that shine a light on what makes this club what it is.
Inspired by this brilliant thread on the independent fans' website Red and White Kop, where fans have been contributing hundreds of 'lost' LFC photographs, we've picked 59 of the best images from down the years and posted them on the official LFC Pinterest Board.
