Liverpool FC today announced that Turkish menswear brand, Ramsey, will be providing the formal Club suits for the FA Cup final and the forthcoming 2012/2013 season.

The exclusive two year deal will see Ramsey supply bespoke tailored products to the Liverpool FC First Team, including suits, shirts, ties and belts.

Headquartered in Istanbul, Ramsey has been in the menswear industry for 25 years since it began in London in the late 1970's and is well known for its development of a new production technique, Zero Weight. Based on two years of research and development studies, Zero Weight provides 50% lightness depending on the type of fabric.

Ian Ayre, Managing Director, Liverpool FC, said: "We are delighted to welcome Ramsey as our official formalwear supplier for the next two years. The Club is continuing to team up with successful companies around the world which once again shows the value of the LFC brand globally. We look forward to working with Ramsey to support our mutual goals."

Huseyin Dogan, CEO, Ramsey, pictured above alongside LFC Chief Financial Officer Philip Nash and Kop legend Phil Thompson, said: "This is an important step for Ramsey both in Turkey and overseas.  We see this partnership as a milestone for our business underlining Ramsey's innovation and design-orientated approach to the men's ready-to-wear clothing sector.  We believe Ramsey will benefit from exposure to Liverpool FC's millions of worldwide fans, whilst the two brands forge a strong relationship based on style, success and tradition."
