LFC WomenFans Supporting Foodbanks truck returns for Durham fixture
The van has already paid two visits to the women’s team this season for the Vitality Women’s FA Cup fixtures with Lincoln City and Arsenal, with supporters, players, staff and team officials donating many crates of food to help tackle food poverty on Merseyside.
With a 12pm BST kick-off on Sunday, the team of volunteers will be accepting donations from 10.30am in the car park side of the ground next to the free family fun park.
Standard Chartered are providing two hours of free entertainment, including a penalty shootout cage, speed cage, live DJ, photo booth, face painter and football freestylers.
Reds legends John Barnes and Fara Williams will also be holding a live Q&A on stage at 11am.

Fans can bring their donation to support those in need in our community, with donations of the following items particularly welcome:
- Long-life fruit juices
- Coffee Jars
- Sugar
- Cereal
- Long-life milk
- Tinned fruits
- Cooking sauces (pasta/curry)
- Tinned potatoes
- Tinned meats
- Tea
- Tinned soups
