Loan watchFabio Carvalho scores winning goal as Hull City beat Sunderland
By Sam Williams
Liverpool loanee Carvalho was making his second appearance for the Tigers and settled the contest between two Championship play-off contenders at the Stadium of Light with around 20 minutes remaining.
Carvalho readjusted his body to volley a pass from fellow Red and Hull loanee Tyler Morton goalwards and saw his strike deflect in off a defender.
The win moved Hull above Sunderland and into sixth place in the English second tier.
