NewsDominik Szoboszlai named Liverpool's Men's Player of the Month for February
The tireless midfielder scooped the prize for the first time in the 2024-25 season by topping a recent poll on Liverpoolfc.com.
Szoboszlai, who scored three goals from his seven appearances during the period, pipped Mohamed Salah to No.1 spot in the supporter vote.
Reacting to receiving the award at the AXA Training Centre, the Hungarian said: "It was a brilliant month for all of us and also for me. I got in the rhythm where I wanted to be and I just hope to continue.
"It was an important month. Also we knew it before it even started that we were going to have a lot of games, so we have to get the most out of it. That was the plan and what we did, so we're just going to keep going."
All of Szoboszlai's outings in February were starts and he went on to claim Carlsberg Player of Match honours in two of them.
The No.8 scored the Reds' third in the 4-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur to help secure a spot at Wembley in the Carabao Cup final.
In the away Premier League clash with Manchester City, he set up Salah's opener before doubling the visitors' lead with a classy finish later in the first half.
The 24-year-old completed the month with another standout display at Anfield against Newcastle United, kickstarting it with the game's first goal after 10 minutes.

Asked about his highlight throughout the month, Szoboszlai continued: "I think I would say the [Manchester] City game. It was an amazing game from us as a team and I think I would take that.
"For me to give an assist and score a goal maybe everyone thinks, 'Wow! It's crazy.' But if Mo [Salah] does it it's as simple as that. I [will] try to get to the place where Mo is in the numbers soon, but it would take me probably two years!"
On his continuous running in midfield, he concluded: "Everybody is asking the same question! It's just closing my eyes and doing everything. It's also a mental thing I think.
"If I know I'm able to do it then I am able to do it. Sometimes I feel a little bit more tired than normal, but it can happen once or twice in the whole season but not more."
