NewsCarabao Cup semi-final draw details
The Carabao Cup semi-finals draw will take place tonight.
Liverpool advanced to the next round by beating Southampton 2-1 at St Mary’s in the last eight on Wednesday night.
Victory on the south coast saw the Reds progress again having previously defeated West Ham United and Brighton & Hove Albion in their defence of the trophy so far this season.
They will discover their next opponents when the draw for the two-legged penultimate stage of the competition is held after the quarter-final between Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United on Thursday.
Live on Sky Sports, the draw is scheduled to begin at 10.30pm GMT. Liverpool will be ball number two.
Elsewhere in the quarter-finals, Arsenal overcame Crystal Palace 3-2 and Newcastle United were 3-1 winners against Brentford.
