Here's how to follow Liverpool's Carabao Cup final showdown with Chelsea at Wembley.

Sunday’s 4.30pm GMT kick-off will be shown live on Sky Sports in the UK. Supporters outside the UK should check with local broadcasters.

LFCTV will mark cup final day with themed programming, before a special Matchday Live from the stadium, starting at 2.30pm.
