The last-32 clash at the University of Bradford Stadium will take place on Tuesday December 5 and kick off at 7.30pm GMT.
Bradford have also announced the following ticket prices:
- Adult (24-64): £10
- Senior (65+): £10
- Young person (17-23): £10
- Youth (12-16): £5
- Junior (11-): £2
