AuctionBid on signed, match-worn shirts from Liverpool v Manchester United
Sunday’s match at Anfield once again saw the Reds team up with principal partner Standard Chartered to raise awareness and funds for its Futuremakers programme by swapping the central logo on players’ shirts.
Futuremakers empowers underserved young people around the world to shape their futures by learning new skills and to improve their chances of getting a job or starting their own business.
The Liverpool squad signed the limited-edition jerseys and, as part of the ‘Futuremakers x Liverpool FC’ collection, they are now up for auction.
The match-worn shirts will be presented as full-sized framed football cards, allowing fans to bid on a unique collector’s item.
Shirts from the women’s team’s logo swap, which occurred for their home fixture against Bristol City Women earlier this month, are also available to bid on.
The auction is open now at CharityStars.com/SCFM and will close on December 23.
All proceeds will go to recipients of ‘Futuremakers by Standard Chartered’, the bank’s global initiative to fight economic inequality.
