
TransferAnderson Arroyo extends LFC deal and completes Alaves loan move
The 22-year-old will spend the 2022-23 campaign with the Segunda Division side after completing a temporary switch today, having also penned a contract extension at Anfield.
A former Colombia U20 international, Arroyo joined the Reds in January 2018 from Fortaleza CEIF and has since spent time away from the club gaining experience.
He has enjoyed loan spells with Real Mallorca, KAA Gent, FK Mlada Boleslav, Salamanca CF and, most recently, CD Mirandes as he continues his senior development.
Arroyo will now make a further move back to Spain’s second tier, where he spent last season.
Alaves begin their league campaign with a trip to Leganes on August 13.
