NewsAlexis Mac Allister: My Liverpool debut felt amazing - I'm looking forward to the season
Alexis Mac Allister carried an immense feeling of pride after making his competitive debut for Liverpool last weekend.
The summer arrival from Brighton & Hove Albion clocked up his first Premier League appearance for the Reds in Sunday's 1-1 draw with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge to kick off the 2023-24 campaign.
Fresh from a pre-season schedule that took the team to Germany and Singapore, Mac Allister is feeling settled within Jürgen Klopp's set-up and fully aware of the global reach of his new club.

Asked how his first few weeks at Liverpool have been, the Argentina midfielder replied: "Special, special.
"It's an honour for me to be in this club. I can see already how big this club is. So, very happy to be here. I'm really looking forward to this season."
On the encounter at Chelsea, he added: "First of all, very happy for my debut with this club. It feels amazing.
"On the other hand, tough game, intense game against a very good team with good players. We know that they improved a lot during pre-season.
"So, it's not a result we wanted but it's still a point and we move on."
