In all competitions, Liverpool have found the net in each of their last 29 matches. A goal in this game would see them net in 30 in a row for only the third time in club history and the second time under Jürgen Klopp.

Going into matchday five, no team in the competition has scored more goals than the Reds, who have netted 12 – along with German clubs Bayer Leverkusen and SC Freiburg.

Following their defeat by Liverpool on matchday one, LASK lost narrowly at Toulouse and were also beaten in their third game in this tournament, at Union SG. They won the return meeting with Union SG 3-0 and currently sit fourth in the group.

The Austrian outfit have won four of their last five matches in all competitions. Last weekend they beat WSG Tirol 1-0 at home, with Robert Zulj scoring his 10th goal of the season.
