Feature10 landmark goals from Mo Salah's record-breaking Premier League tally
The Egyptian moved ahead of Robbie Fowler to claim first place in the chart by netting his 128th and 129th for the Reds in the top flight against Manchester United on Sunday, on what was his 205th appearance in the competition.
Enjoy a rundown of some memorable moments from the No.11's historic haul...
Off and running
Following his arrival from AS Roma, Salah marked his reintroduction to the Premier League with a goal on debut for Liverpool.
A close-range finish away at Watford on the opening weekend of the 2017-18 season was the first of many for the Egypt international.
A Puskas Award winner
Salah became the first Liverpool player ever to pick up the FIFA Puskas Award, recognising the best goals scored in a calendar year.
His stunning curling effort on his Merseyside derby bow in December 2017 saw him claim the 2018 prize following a fan poll.
Another stunner
Salah continued to light up the league during his first season with the Reds.
He scored another sensational goal at Anfield – this time slaloming his way through to net in stoppage time during a 2-2 draw with Tottenham Hotspur in February 2018.
History made
Salah became the first player in Premier League history to score 32 goals in a 38-game campaign.
That season's Golden Boot winner achieved the feat with an instinctive finish that started the scoring in a 4-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion on the final day of the 2017-18 campaign.
50 on the board
Salah produced his half-century in the Premier League by resisting all temptations and suggestions to pass when leading a counter-attack away at Southampton in April 2019.
His tally of 50 goals arrived after just 61 appearances in the league – quicker than any other player in the club's history.
A rocket v Chelsea
"I don't think, I just feel!"
That's how Salah explained his thunderbolt at the Kop end in a 2-0 win over Chelsea during the run-in of 2018-19.
He added: "Normally I shoot [with the] inside of the foot but this one – because it's far [out] – I just hit it with power."
'Now you're gonna believe us'
It was the goal that finally convinced the majority of Anfield that Liverpool's 30-year wait for a league title would be coming to an end.
In his first link-up with goalkeeper Alisson Becker, Salah kept his cool to bag the clincher in a 2-0 victory over Manchester United in January 2020.
Joining the 100 club
Salah became the fastest player in Reds history to reach three figures in the Premier League, joining Fowler, Steven Gerrard and Michael Owen on the exclusive list
The milestone arrived on outing 151 when he netted away at Brentford in a 3-3 draw back in September 2021.
An incredible hat-trick
No away player had ever scored a Premier League hat-trick at Old Trafford until Salah smashed that record a month after his 100th goal.
He bagged his treble to complete the scoring in a memorable 5-0 against the Reds' fierce rivals.
The record-breaker
A record-breaking moment arrived on a record-breaking day.
Salah overtook Fowler with his second goal in the 83rd minute of Liverpool's biggest ever victory over United – a 7-0 win at Anfield on Sunday.
"It's very special, I can't lie," he reacted. "This record was in my mind since I came here. I think after my first season I was always chasing that record. To beat it today against United with that result is unbelievable."
