The Dream 2025

1.DEFINITIONS

1.1. The following defined terms shall have the following meanings

“Hotel” means the Maldron Hotel, Liverpool;

“LFC” means The Liverpool Football Club & Athletic Grounds Limited;

“LFC Legend” means a former player of LFC selected by LFC at its discretion;

“Matchday Hospitality Terms and Conditions” means LFC’s matchday hospitality terms and conditions which can be found here: https://hospitality.liverpoolfc.com/matchday-hospitality-terms-and-conditions;

“Non-Matchday Event Terms and Conditions” means LFC’s non-matchday event terms and conditions which can be found here: https://www.liverpoolfc.com/legal/non-match-day-events-terms-and-conditions;

“The Dream 2025” means the experience package as further detailed in clause 2.1.

1.2. By purchasing tickets for The Dream 2025, you agree to these Terms, the Matchday Hospitality Terms and Conditions, the Non-Matchday Event Terms and Conditions and any and all other policies or terms as communicated by LFC to you from time to time. If you are making a booking for a third party you shall be deemed to be acting with the consent of such third party to agree to the aforementioned terms and conditions on their behalf.

2.PARTICIPATION IN THE DREAM 2025

2.1 In consideration of you paying the ticket price for The Dream 2025, you shall have the opportunity to “live the dream” of being an LFC player, which shall include:

2.2.1. participation in a football training session conducted by selected LFC coaches and LFC Legends;

2.1.2. 1 hospitality ticket to LFC's match against Crystal Palace on Sunday 25 April 2025;

2.1.3. 1 24/25 LFC official home playing kit;

2.1.4 1 24/25 LFC official training kit;

2.1.5 the opportunity to play on the pitch at Anfield on Monday 26 May 2025;

2.1.6. a post-match meal and awards ceremony following the play on pitch activity;

2.1.7. a commemorative video of The Dream 2025 to be delivered following the conclusion of the weekend;

2.1.8. 2 nights accommodation (breakfast included) at the Hotel on 24 and 25 May 2025;

2.1.9. executive transfers to and from the Hotel to the training session referred to in 2.1.1 and the match referred to in 2.1.2; and

2.1.10 executive transfer from the Hotel to the play on pitch activity referred to in 2.1.5,

with such experiences together being referred to as “The Dream 2025”.

2.2. You acknowledge and agree that you can purchase up to a maximum of 4 tickets for The Dream 2025. Where LFC learns, or reasonably suspects, that you have purchased more than 4 tickets for The Dream 2025, we shall be entitled to cancel your tickets without liability save for providing you with a refund in respect of such cancelled tickets.

2.3. By purchasing a place for The Dream 2025, you agree that:

2.3.1. you are voluntarily engaging in The Dream 2025, whether supervised or unsupervised, monitored or unmonitored by LFC, at your own risk and with full knowledge and appreciation of any and all physical, mental and legal dangers and risks inherent therein;

2.3.2. you shall not participate in The Dream 2025 where you have an injury that prevents you from doing so and/or you have been medically advised not to participate;

2.3.3. LFC are not responsible for any injuries, damages or loss (financial or otherwise) that you may incur in connection with your participation in The Dream 2025;

2.3.4. you shall execute any and all waivers or other documentation as required by LFC from time to time;

2.3.5. your use of the match ticket referred to in clause 2.1.2 is subject to the Matchday Hospitality Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions or policies as LFC may notify you of from time to time;

2.3.6 your participation in the training session referred to in clause 2.1.1 and the play on pitch activity referred to in clause 2.1.5, are subject to the Non-Matchday Event Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions or policies as LFC may notify you of from time to time;

2.3.6. kit sizes are subject to availability;

2.3.7. you are solely responsible for bringing correct and appropriate footwear to participate in the training session and/or the play on pitch event at Anfield stadium (please contact us if you have any questions);

2.3.9. no discount will be applied where you opt to not participate in any element(s) of The Dream 2025;

2.3.10. you must be 18 years of age at the time of booking, and that you will provide photograph evidence of your age if requested to do so by LFC at any time during The Dream 2025;

2.3.11. you shall only access areas of LFC premises which you are authorised by LFC employees to access, and that any unauthorised access of LFC premises may result in your participation in The Dream 2025 being cancelled without LFC being liable to you;

2.3.12. you will provide LFC with any dietary requirements at the time of booking, and that failure to provide LFC with such dietary requirements at that time may result in LFC being unable to cater for such requirements;

2.3.13. any accessibility requirements for your Hotel room and/or any upgrades to your Hotel room must be managed by you with the Hotel directly, and LFC cannot process such requests on your behalf; and

2.3.14. you are solely responsible for ensuring that your contact details provided to LFC are correct and accurate.

3.PAYMENT AND EXPENSES

3.1. A valid ticket and/or email confirmation must be produced to participate in The Dream 2025. Please notify us at the time of booking if you have any accessibility requirements and we shall use reasonable endeavours to accommodate the same.

3.2. The price of each ticket shall include any applicable taxes and booking fees (where applicable). Tickets for The Dream 2025 are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3.3. Participation in The Dream 2025 will not be permitted until we’ve received full payment from you. We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time without liability to you where we have not received full payment for your ticket. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your payment card details are correct and up to date, and that there are no restrictions applied to your account which may prevent such payment.

3.4. All costs associated with your participation in The Dream 2025 shall be your sole responsibility (including, without limitation, the costs of travel to and from Liverpool, visas to enter the UK etc.).

4.EVENT CONDITIONS

4.1. If you purchase tickets on behalf of a third party you are responsible for the conduct of your guests.

4.2. You will ensure that any guests participating or attending any element of The Dream 2025 comply with any and all LFC instructions and policies, including the ground regulations and any health and safety policies.

4.3. No alcohol may be brought onto our premises. Any gift alcohol will be retained by us for the duration of The Dream 2025 and returned at the end of the event. We operate a “Challenge 21” policy. Further, any attempt to bring alcohol onto LFC premises which has not been purchased from LFC, or any authorised consumption of alcohol on LFC premises, may result in: (i) such alcohol being confiscated; and (ii) your participation in The Dream 2025 being cancelled.

4.4. We reserve the right to terminate your and/or your guests participation in The Dream 2025, which shall including without limitation preventing you from participating in any of the events on LFC premises, cancelling your reservation at the Hotel and/or preventing you from utilising any match tickets, where:

4.4.1. we determine (in our sole discretion) that your and/or your guests behaviour is affecting the enjoyment of other guests participating in The Dream 2025 and/or any other LFC supporter attending the match against Crystal Palace on 25 May 2025;

4.4.2 you or any of your guests use threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or in any way provoke or behave in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace;

4.4.3. you, or any of your guests, is/are under the influence of drugs or has consumed an excessive amount of alcohol;

4.4.4. you, or any of your guests, fail when required to produce proof of identity or age; or

4.4.5. you, or any of your guests, breach any other LFC terms and conditions and/or policies which are applicable to your participation in The Dream 2025 (including, without limitation, our Non-Matchday Event Terms and Conditions, our Hospitality Match Terms and Conditions and our ground regulations at Anfield Stadium).

4.5. You agree to comply with all instructions and directions given by LFC staff during your participation in The Dream 2025.

4.6. No refunds will be given if you are refused entry or ejected due to your behaviour, or the behaviour of your guests, or where you and/or your guests are in breach of these terms and conditions.

4.7. We reserve the right to conduct security searches from time to time and confiscate any item which, in our reasonable opinion, may cause danger or disruption to other guests participating in The Dream 2025 and/or attending any LFC match.

4.8. You agree to comply with any terms and conditions and/or policies that you are required by the Hotel to adhere to during your stay on their premises.

5.CANCELLATION

5.1. We may need to amend, or cancel, any element(s) of The Dream 2025 at any time where:

5.1.1. an event of Force Majeure prevents us from complying with our obligations under these Terms;

5.1.2. we determine (acting reasonably) that the operation of The Dream 2025 as originally planned would present a health and safety concern; or

5.1.3. we are unable to deliver The Dream 2025 as originally planned due to a rescheduling of any LFC match.

5.2. In the event clause 5.1 applies, we will in the first instance aim to provide you with an alternative experience to replace any cancelled element of The Dream 2025. Where we are unable to provide an alternative experience, or we choose to cancel The Dream 2025 in its entirety due to the events referred to above, then we shall provide you with: (i) an alternative date on which The Dream 2025 shall take place or (ii) the opportunity to cancel your ticket and receive a full refund. For the avoidance of doubt, your receipt of a refund shall be your sole and exclusive remedy in respect of any cancellation under this clause 5.

6.LIABILITY

6.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless LFC, its affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees, contractors, consultants, volunteers and agents from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in The Dream 2025.

6.2. Nothing in these Terms shall limit either party's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

6.3. To the fullest extent permissible in law, neither LFC nor any of its officers, employees or agents shall be responsible for (whether in tort, contract or otherwise):

6.3.1 any loss, damage or injury to you and/or any guest, or to any property belonging to you or any guest, in or upon any facilities which you visit and/or use as part of or in relation to The Dream 2025, resulting from any cause whatsoever;

6.3.2. for any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity or any indirect, economic or consequential losses whatsoever;

6.3.3. any losses arising from any cancellation of your Hotel accommodation; and/or

6.3.4 any losses arising from any cancellation, postponement or rearrangement pursuant to these Terms and/or any breach by you of these terms and conditions.

7.PUBLICITY

7.1. By purchasing a ticket for The Dream 2025, you consent to participate as required by LFC in all publicity relating to this event.

7.2. You agree that any promotional materials created by LFC in relation to The Dream 2025 may:

7.2.1. at LFC’s discretion contain your details provided to LFC (including your name, age etc.); and

7.2.2. be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being due or payable;.

7.3. You have the right to withdraw your consent to LFC’s use of your image or Personal Data for the purposes set out above at any time by contacting LFC at dpo@liverpoolfc.com in the first instance.

7.4. During The Dream 2025 you will have the opportunity to take photographs and/or request autographs from LFC Legends and/or personnel. We ask that you please wait until informed by a member of LFC staff that you are permitted to take photographs and/or request autographs before doing so. Any photography during periods and/or within facilities where this is not permitted may result in your participation in The Dream 2025 being cancelled.

8.MISCELLANEOUS

8.1. Your ticket for The Dream 2025 is personal and shall not be transferred or resold save with our prior written consent. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of any unauthorised transfer or resale we may cancel your booking.

8.2. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and shall publish any such changes on our website www.liverpoolfc.com.

8.3. If any of these terms and conditions is determined by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, they shall, to that extent, be severed from the remaining terms and conditions which shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.

8.4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
