Go behind the scenes as Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold, Luis Diaz, Cody Gakpo, Joe Gomez, Darwin Nunez and Virgil van Dijk started pre-season training on Sunday.
The six members of the Reds’ squad missed the club’s trip to the USA, instead taking time to recharge after being on international duty at the Copa America and Euro 2024 during the summer.
But their preparations for the 2024-25 campaign under Arne Slot are now under way, with medical and physical testing – including gym and outdoor work – first up.
