Tom 'Tiny' Bradshaw was a veteran of 208 league games with Bury in both the Second Division and First Division when he arrived at Liverpool.
He played in the last 17 league matches of the 1929-30 season, a year in which the Reds used no fewer than 26 different players during that First Division campaign.
Used as a wing-half in his debut season, he was just as comfortable at centre-half, a position he made his own over the next seven seasons.
Although he played in two of the first three fixtures of the 1937-38 season, he was replaced by Fred Rogers.
Bradshaw's versatility and consistency saw him reach a figure of almost 300 first-team appearances for the club.
