Jordan Rossiter progressed through the Liverpool Academy to make five appearances at senior level before departing in the summer of 2016.

<p>His maiden appearance for the first team was marked with a 30-yard finish when the Reds hosted Middlesbrough in the League Cup in September 2014.</p><p>An impressive season ended with injury, but the midfielder bounced back to feature in the senior squad for the 2015 pre-season tour.</p><p>He went on to make his Premier League debut as a substitute as Liverpool held Arsenal to a 0-0 draw at Emirates Stadium in August 2015.</p><p>However, Rossiter's hopes of making a further impact that season were dashed by hamstring problems that kept him sidelined following Jürgen Klopp's appointment as manager.</p><p>The popular Scouser subsequently joined Rangers that summer in search of regular first-team football.</p>
