The precocious midfielder had risen through the ranks with the Reds and graduated to the senior team from the Academy.
He debuted as a late substitute against Sunderland on November 26, 2016 and three days later netted his record-breaking goal in front of the Kop during a League Cup tie against Leeds United.
A Wales international, Woodburn went on to total 11 appearances for the club over the next 18 months, before having loan spells with Sheffield United, Oxford United, Blackpool and Hearts.
He departed Liverpool when his contract expired during the summer of 2022 and subsequently joined Preston North End.
