Andrea Dossena made 31 appearances for Liverpool during an 18-month stay on Merseyside.
The Italy international joined the Reds from Serie A side Udinese in July 2008 as a direct replacement for departed left-back John Arne Riise.
Dossena made his competitive debut for Liverpool in a Champions League qualifier against Standard Liege on August 13, 2008.
His first season was most notable for late goals as the Reds knocked four past both Real Madrid and Manchester United in the same week.
However, the emergence of Emiliano Insua limited the defender's first-team opportunities in 2009-10.
Dossena brought his Anfield association to an end in January 2010 when he returned to his homeland to join Napoli.
