She has Champions League experience. Bartel also secured game time for Barcelona's senior side, recording several appearances in Liga F and making her debut against FC Rosengard in the Women's Champions League.

And has extensive international honours. She has represented Spain at a number of youth levels, and won major honours. Bartel helped her nation to lift the U20 Women's World Cup in 2022 and is a two-time U19 European Championship winner (2022 and 2023).

The highlight of her career so far is winning the World Cup. "If I had to pick one moment it would be the U20s World Cup final with Spain," Bartel said. "That was a hugely special moment and one I will always cherish."

She trained alongside her football idol. Bartel idolises Aitana Bonmati, the double Ballon d'Or Feminin-winning midfielder who plays for Barcelona and Spain. She said: "My idol in football is Aitana Bonmati... I am very grateful that I could spend so much time in Barcelona training with her, learning certain things from her.
