Watch as LFC men’s first team stars Conor Bradley and Caoimhin Kelleher surprise a group of young people during an LFC Foundation community session funded by Steve Morgan Foundation.

LFC Foundation’s partnership with the Steve Morgan Foundation, including the Hubs programme, provides a safe space for people to come together and improve the general health and wellbeing of the local community.

Bradley and Kelleher arrived to surprise the group and joined them in some of the activities before taking part in a Q&A where the youngsters were able to gain an insight into their experiences as footballers, their challenges and how they are able to overcome them.

LFC ‘keeper Caoimhin Kelleher said: “I love working with the LFC Foundation, it’s been really nice to come here today and see the kids, play some games with them and answer some questions.

“Programmes like this are really good for kids and especially for their mental health as well and the Foundation plays a big part in that and we’ve been learning about how the Steve Morgan Foundation helps as well so it’s really good to have their support.”

Conor Bradley added: “It means a lot to be down here, whenever you come here and see the smiles on their faces it’s always nice so it means a lot to come down and help support when we can.”

The LFC Foundation’s work with the Steve Morgan Foundation focuses on three key areas which include health and wellbeing, inclusion and employability. The programmes funded in partnership with the Steve Morgan Foundation include the Hubs programme, social inclusion football through the Premier League Kicks programme, our SEND provision in schools and the Works employability programme.
