Luis Suarez became the outright top scorer in the Barclays Premier League on Saturday evening when he recorded a superb treble to help Liverpool thrash Wigan Athletic.
The hat-trick took the Uruguayan's tally for the season to 28 in all competitions - with a massive 21 of those being struck in league football.
Suarez has now overtaken Manchester United forward Robin van Persie in the race for the Golden Boot, with two goals more than the Dutchman.
