LFC's mascot Mighty Red brought delight to children and their families at Alder Hey earlier this week as he toured the hospital wards handing out special gifts and entertaining the patients.
Mighty showed off his dancing skills, posed for photos and presented each of the children with his own signature cards.

He then visited three wards and was accompanied by club chaplain Bill Bygroves on his guitar. One child was particularly delighted to see Mighty Red - his TV hero - after seeing him on the LFC documentary 'Being Liverpool'.
Christine Done, head of fundraising at Alder Hey, said: "We are delighted that Mighty could pop and cheer up our patients.
"It's very difficult for the children and their families that have to spend so much time here - so visits like this just make their day."
