Liverpool FC Ladies continued their impressive start to the pre-season programme by beating Leeds United 4-1 at the Halton Stadium on Tuesday night.
There is still a long way to go for Matt Beard's new-look side but they are making good progress.
On the mark for the ladies against Leeds were Gemma Bonner, Lillie Bilson, Katy Brusell and Lizzie Ince.
The new 2013 Women's Super League doesn't kick off until March, but the ladies have an extensive pre-season fixture programme and a cup match against Everton.
Beard's side are next in action on Wednesday, February 13 when they take on Blackburn Rovers at the Halton Stadium (7.30pm).
Admission for all home matches at the Halton Stadium during pre-season is just £2 for adults and £1 for children.
