The 89 passes Daniel Agger played against Norwich on Saturday took his total for the season to 1,159 - and moved the centre-back into 10th place on Opta's list of total passes played in the Barclays Premier League.
Only one defender, Swansea's Angel Rangel, has hit more balls than Agger during the 2012-13 campaign so far.
Steven Gerrard has played more than any other Red with 1,550 and that total places him fourth on the list. Joe Allen, in seventh place, has hit 1,290 passes this season.
