Friday's LFC round-up: Everything you need to know
A World Cup qualifier to savour for Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino, Nathaniel Clyne's views on the Reds' young talent and every single Premier League goal scored by Liverpool under Jürgen Klopp.
All this and more features in Friday's round-up of the latest LFC news...
Our top three stories...
Coutinho and Firmino have begun the season in superb form for Liverpool - and the Brazilian duo both impressed at international level overnight.
The Reds' No.10 started his country's World Cup qualifier against Bolivia in Natal and got himself on the scoresheet midway through the first half with a clever finish from close range.
Firmino was introduced from the bench in the second half with Brazil four goals to the good, and he wasted little time in getting in on the act, nodding home Coutinho's corner with 15 minutes remaining.
Meanwhile, closer to home, Nathaniel Clyne has spoken of his admiration for the quality of Liverpool's younger players, while also revealing he enjoys passing on advice to his less experienced teammates.
"Sheyi Ojo is really good. Trent Alexander-Arnold is another one who impresses. Marko Grujic is good as well. He is very confident on the ball, he has got a good shot as well. I am enjoying training and working with him," the 25-year-old said.
