Simon Mignolet believes the organisation Jürgen Klopp has instilled since arriving at Liverpool have been key to his early successes.

But the goalkeeper has warned his teammates of the need to avoid becoming overconfident as there is plenty more work to be done.

The Reds made it six games unbeaten since Klopp's arrival as a Jordon Ibe goal secured a 1-0 success against Rubin Kazan in the Europa League on Thursday.

That result means the last three outings under the German have resulted in victories, however, the No.22 is wary of getting carried away.

He told UEFA.com: "He has given the lads a lot of confidence and everyone knows what their job is – he is clear with his message.

"Everyone is organised, everyone knows what they have to do and we don't give anything away.

"It's nice to win games, especially away from home, but there is no point flying high and thinking about things we can't do.

"We need to keep both feet on the floor, work hard and improve in training."

Liverpool dominated from start to finish at the Kazan Arena, ending the match having clocked up 23 shots on goal to their opponents' seven.

And Mignolet was most pleased with the fact that the Reds did not panic despite being forced to wait until the 52nd minute for the crucial goal.

"It can be that you get frustrated and stop playing football, but we kept being patient and kept playing the ball and thankfully Jordon [Ibe] scored a wonder goal on the counterattack," he added.

"I think everyone can be pleased with their individual performances.

"There were no errors and, especially away from home, this is really important.

"I am sure the gaffer will pick a few things out which we can do better going into the next few games."
