OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR 2024/2025 (the “Terms and Conditions”)

1. Order of PrecedenceThese Terms and Conditions are published and maintained on the Club’s website at <a href="https://www.liverpoolfc.com/legal/membership-terms-and-conditions">www.liverpoolfc.com/legal/membership-terms-and-conditions</a> and may be amended from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, in the case of discrepancy between the Terms and Conditions published on the Club’s website from time to time and any issued hard copy of the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions published on the Club’s website shall prevail.

2.1 By entering into the Membership Contract (as defined below) you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please note that you may be asked to provide proof of identity at any point in the application process and/or at any point during the Season. Failure to complete any such identification verification process when required or failure to provide proof of identity when requested may result in a suspension of specific membership benefits or cancellation of your Membership.2.2 Certain elements of your Membership Benefits (as defined below) commence immediately on receipt of a confirmation email from the Club confirming that your Membership application has been successful. Please note that you must wait at least 24 hours for your Membership to activate before you will be eligible to apply for tickets (if on sale and available to purchase by Members (always subject to the relevant selling criteria determined by the Club at its sole discretion)) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.2.3 Upon joining or renewal, Members will receive an email notification and a welcome pack (please note that Light Members are not eligible to receive a welcome pack). The Club aims to deliver such welcome packs within 14 days for UK Members and within 28 days for overseas Members. However during busier periods it may take longer to deliver these packs. Please note that the contents of the pack may vary depending on stock availability.2.4 The Club cannot accept responsibility for non-receipt of Membership packs or mailings, including where such non-receipt is as a result of you failing to pay any applicable import duties as required under clause 5.5 or as a result of the Club, or any third party postage provider appointed by the Club, not delivering a Membership pack due to any embargoes in place from time to time. Where applicable, one duplicate pack may be requested for non-receipt only. After this no further packs will be sent.2.5 Individuals living in countries which are. or become subject to, any sanctions administered by the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI), the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), EU sanctions administered by the Deutsche Bundesbank, and UN sanctions administered by any of those three agencies (or any replacement or successor agencies) shall not be permitted to purchase a Membership from the Club, and in the event such individuals are accidentally able to purchase a Membership the Club shall be entitled to cancel such Membership immediately.2.6 Subject to clause 2.7 below, all Member Cards will be issued by virtue of electronic mobile passes and/or electronic mobile codes using near-field communication technology, or such other technology as the Club may decide to use from time to time (“E-Pass”).2.7 In order to use your E-Pass, you will be required to download the E-Pass from the ‘My Account’ section of the ticketing pages on the Club website. E-Passes are only compatible with iPhone 6 and above and most Android/Google phones. Confirmation of whether your device is compatible with E-Passes can be provided by the Club upon request. It is your responsibility to download the relevant E-Pass, and to ensure that it is displayed correctly on your mobile smartphone. In the event that you have problems with downloading your Member Card as an E-Pass, you must immediately inform the Club.2.8 In the event that you do not hold a compatible mobile smartphone or you are unable to access your Member Card via a mobile smartphone device, you must immediately inform the Club and the Club will discuss alternative options that may be available depending on the circumstances, such alternative options always being subject to the Club’s sole discretion.2.9 Only one Membership is permitted per person and any additional Memberships purchased over and above the one permitted may be cancelled by the Club immediately.

2. Membership Subscription and Activation

3.1 The Membership is a seasonal Membership scheme from the date of purchase until 31st May 2025 and constitutes a binding contract between you and the Club (the “Membership Contract”). The Membership Contract starts on your receipt of a confirmation email from the Club.3.2 You will have 14 days from the start of your Membership Contract to cancel the Membership Contract or used any other Membership Benefits. In the event that you do cancel within those 14 days you shall be entitled to a refund and the Club will be entitled to a refund or return of any use by you of the Membership Benefits, including any match tickets you have purchased during that time. Please ensure you retain proof of postage of return to ensure a refund can be processed. The cost of return postage will not be covered by the Club.3.3 For the avoidance of doubt, if your Membership was purchased by way of gift pack, you may cancel the Membership Contract in accordance with clause 3.2 but any right of refund you may have is governed by the terms and conditions of sale as presented to the purchaser at the time of purchase and which can be found at <a href="https://store.liverpoolfc.com/terms-conditions?lfm_medium=marketing-block-other&lfm_source=cms&lfm_content=basic-page-accordion&lfm_page=%2Fmembership%2Fterms-conditions&lfm_campaign=other-marketing-blocks&lfm_page_position=1" target="_blank">https://store.liverpoolfc.com/terms-conditions</a>.3.4 If you choose to cancel after 14 days, you will not be entitled to a refund of the cost of your Membership, including in respect of any unexpired portion of the Membership. If you have match tickets, you will be obliged to return those to the Club for a refund of the cost paid for such tickets.3.5 For the avoidance of doubt, there is no guarantee that:3.5.1 you will be able to purchase tickets in the Member’s sale; or3.5.2 a Member’s ticket sale will take place, and you will not be entitled to a refund of the cost of your Membership if you cannot purchase match tickets for any reason whatsoever.3.6 If you have signed up for your Membership Contract to automatically renew upon expiry (“Auto Renewal”) then you will have 14 days from the date of Auto Renewal confirmation to cancel your Membership Contract. In the event that you do cancel within 14 days, the Club will be entitled to a refund or return of any use by you of the Membership Benefits, including any match tickets you have purchased during that time. 3. Term and Cancellation

4.1 It is the Member’s responsibility to inform the Club of any change of name and provide official printed proof of any name change and/or change in account details. If you change your address during the Season you must notify the Club as soon as reasonably practicable by logging into ‘My Account’ at <a href="https://members.liverpoolfc.com/login?referer=http://www.liverpoolfc.com/my-account/dash&lfm_medium=marketing-block-other&lfm_source=cms&lfm_content=basic-page-accordion&lfm_page=%2Fmembership%2Fterms-conditions&lfm_campaign=other-marketing-blocks&lfm_page_position=1" target="_blank">https://members.liverpoolfc.com/login?referer=http://www.liverpoolfc.com/my-account/dash</a> or contacting Supporter Services using the details provided at www.liverpoolfc.com/info/contact-usSupporter Services. The Club (at its absolute discretion) may charge an administration fee in respect of any name change.4.2 For the avoidance of doubt, any change of name referred to in this clause means any instances where a Member has changed their name - this does not mean that the Membership can be transferred to somebody else.

4. Contact Details

5.1 Further information on the cost of Membership is available online at <a href="https://www.liverpoolfc.com/membership/terms-conditions" target="_blank">www.liverpoolfc.com/membership</a> (“the Fee”).5.2 Membership can be paid for in GBP, Euro or US Dollars. You can compare the costs of Membership in alternative currencies. All currency rates are based on various publicly available sources and should be used as guidelines only. Rates are not verified as accurate, and actual rates may vary. Currency rates are updated monthly. When using this information for any financial purpose, the Club advises you to redistribution, and use of this information for commercial purposes.5.3 You must pay the Fee applicable to the Membership you have subscribed for, in accordance with the fee plan notified to you at the time of registration.5.4 Unless otherwise stated, charges are inclusive of VAT and any other taxes applicable from time to time.5.5 Import duties and local taxes are NOT included in the quoted price of goods being delivered to outside of the United Kingdom. In this case you will be responsible for the payment of all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt.5.6 We will notify you by email that we have processed your payment of the Fee and inform you that you are a Member. The email message will constitute our acceptance of your Membership application. Our acceptance of your order will be deemed complete and received by you at the time and date we send the email, such time and date as specified on the email. We accept no responsibility for you not actually receiving the email, for reasons outside our control.5.7 The Club operates an automatic renewal policy for memberships meaning that Members for the 2024/25 Season will automatically be renewed as Members for the 2025/26 Season and Members for the 2025/26 Season will automatically be renewed as Members for the 2026/27 season. The Club will contact you prior to doing so in order to confirm the renewal price and date and to give you the opportunity to cancel the renewal of your Membership. If you do not cancel the renewal within the time allotted, the Club will use the payment details used to purchase your Membership for the ongoing Season to automatically renew your Membership for the following season. Your failure to reply will lead to your subscription expiring and your Membership being terminated.

5. Fees and Payment

6.1 If you inadvertently lose, misplace, damage or destroy your ‘Members Card’ or any part thereof (including losing or no longer having access to the device on which your Members Card is stored in the form of an E-Pass) you should report this to the Club as soon as possible. For contact details visitwww.liverpoolfc.com/info/contact-us6.2 If your Members Card or any part thereof (including the device on which your Members Card is stored in E-Pass form) is stolen, you should report this to the police and the relevant crime number and police force should be quoted in all correspondence with the Club. Subject to clause 10.5, if, in the Club’s opinion, a Members Card (including the device on which your Members card is stored in E-Pass form) is damaged, lost, misplaced, destroyed or no longer functioning, a duplicate Members Card in E-Pass form or such other alternative pass as the Club shall choose in its sole discretion to provide shall be issued by the Club as soon as reasonably practicable after the payment of a £10.00 non-refundable administration charge, unless the Club reasonably believes that you are, or have been, acting in a fraudulent or illegal manner and/or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.6.3 Only three (3) duplicate Members Cards (at the Club’s sole discretion) may be issued in any one Season and you may be required to sign a document confirming that the original Members Card is damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed and indemnifying the Club against any direct or indirect consequences of such matter having been falsely represented or stated to the Club. The Club may require you to attend the Ground or another location in person to collect/download the duplicate Members Card and provide the Club with satisfactory photographic identification. For the avoidance of doubt, if you lose any duplicate Members Card the Club may suspend your Membership and any associated benefits (as detailed below) until the end of the relevant Season, and no refund will be paid in respect of any unexpired portion of the Membership.6.4 If you have pre-purchased match tickets for future games (“Pre-purchased Tickets”) and you are no longer in possession of your Members Card, the Club will cancel any Pre-purchased Tickets and may upon your written request, provide you with a full refund in the sum of the actual price paid for any Pre-purchased Tickets, minus any applicable administration charges.6.5 For any Pre-purchased Tickets cancelled you will lose the credit in your purchase history relating to such Pre-purchased Tickets.

6. Lost or Stolen Members Cards

7.1 A Member shall be entitled to benefits upon presentation of an E-Pass which vary dependent upon Membership type. All benefits are specified in full on <a href="http://www.liverpoolfc.com/membership/benefits?lfm_medium=marketing-block-other&lfm_source=cms&lfm_content=basic-page-accordion&lfm_page=%2Fmembership%2Fterms-conditions&lfm_campaign=other-marketing-blocks&lfm_page_position=1" target="_blank">http://www.liverpoolfc.com/membership/benefits</a>, and vary depending on Membership type, such benefits being the “Membership Benefits”. If you have not yet received your E-Pass, presentation of your purchase confirmation email will be accepted other than in relation to the use of any ticketing benefits for which a Members Card must be used.7.2 Membership Benefits may be modified or removed at the sole discretion of the Club, from time to time.7.3 The below restrictions apply (but are not exhaustive) in order to claim the following Membership Benefits. If there is any conflict between the restrictions set out below and a restriction contained within the Membership Benefits section of the Club website then the latter restriction shall prevail.7.4 In order to obtain any applicable discounts through the Club’s UK stores and online store (<a href="https://store.liverpoolfc.com/">https://store.liverpoolfc.com</a>) you may be asked to produce another form of picture identification, such as the modern style driving licence or passport. The Club store discount is not available for Little Liver Members. Full, Light, Mighty Red, Red Squad and Teen Red Members will receive 10% discount on purchases. Premium Members will receive 10% discount on Nike products and 20% discount Club branded products. Premium members will also receive free delivery when spending over £50 on the Club’s online store (for UK deliveries only). Please note that sale items are excluded from any applicable discounts and any Membership discount benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. This offer does not apply to any other affiliated online stores. Please note that the Club store Membership discount is only valid on items you purchase from the Club up to a cumulative value of £2,000 per Season. Any additional purchases you make above that cumulative value in a Season will not be subject to the discount.7.5 Any discounts granted through the Membership Benefits for the Anfield Stadium Tour, Legends Tour and/or the Anfield Experience and Ultimate Anfield Experience (further details of such tours and experiences being available on the Club website), are subject to availability and can only be used on non-matchdays. You can claim your discount by using the unique code which is in my benefits section found at: https://members.liverpoolfc.com/ area of the Club website (“Members’ Area”). If you are unable to locate your code, please contact Supporter Services at <a href="www.liverpoolfc.com/info/contact-us">www.liverpoolfc.com/info/contact-us</a>7.6 Any applicable discounts on an annual subscription to LFCTV GO must be activated by 30th April 2025.

7. Benefit Terms and Conditions

8.1 The issue of match tickets (in whatever format, for example via your E-Pass) by the Club is governed by the Conditions of Issue.8.2 Premium, Full, Light, Mighty Red, Red Squad and Teen Red Members only may be given the opportunity to apply for Premier League home match tickets if the Club, at its sole discretion, decides to run a ticket sale for Members. The availability and any selling criteria of Premier League home match tickets will be declared by the Club from time to time. Please note that the ticket sales process is determined in the Club’s sole discretion, and Members will be informed of ticket sales dates and processes ahead of such sales.8.3 Eligibility for tickets may require pre-requisite attendance of previous matches (and, to avoid doubt, purchases of tickets for matches that the Member does not attend will not qualify for these purposes, unless the Club reasonably considers otherwise).8.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions constitutes or implies any guarantee of entitlement to a ticket, seat or access to any area of the Ground. If tickets become available, only one (1) ticket may be purchased per qualifying Member.8.5 Premium, Full, Light, Mighty Red, Red Squad and Teen Red Members only, may be given the opportunity to enrol into an Auto Cup Scheme if the Club decides to run such scheme at its sole discretion. Please note this is subject to availability and pre-requisite criteria which is applicable from time to time. Details of the Auto Cup Scheme(s) operated by the Club during the Season, and the terms and conditions for such schemes, are available at <a href="https://www.liverpoolfc.com/membership/terms-conditions" target="_blank">www.liverpoolfc.com/tickets/auto-cup-ticket-scheme</a>.8.6 No guarantees can be given by the Club that a match will take place at a particular time or on a particular date. The Club reserves the right to reschedule any match or, if necessary, play any match out of view of the public without fans in attendance or with a reduced capacity, without notice and without any liability whatsoever. The Club will have no further liability whatsoever relating to any alteration of the time or date of any match or cancellation of a match or if a match is played out of view of the public without fans in attendance or with a reduced capacity (including but not limited to any postponement or abandonment), including (but not limited to) any direct or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment or travel/accommodation costs. The Club recommends you visit the Club website on a regular basis in order to check the latest dates and times of matches.8.7 The Club reserves the right to vary the manner or system in which match tickets are to be sold.8.8 Members aged 16 and under can only attend matches accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.8.9 If the remittance tendered in payment of Membership or tickets shall be dishonoured or in any other way refused (other than by the Club), the relevant Member shall be liable to pay the Club’s administrative charge, which the Club may inform the Member of in writing from time to time; and any bank or other similar charge incurred by the Club. As a result, the Membership shall be immediately withdrawn.8.10 To attend matches as a group, each qualifying member of the group must be a Member and be linked via the friends and family facility in your Member ticketing account. Applications for each qualifying Member’s ticket may be made by one Member on behalf of the rest of the group online. Depending on the type of match, a maximum number of tickets will be applied per group booking. Only one Membership is permitted per person.8.11 Season ticket holders will not be entitled to purchase additional match tickets by purchasing a Membership and, likewise, Members will not be entitled to purchase a season ticket to gain access to additional tickets. Any tickets purchased by a season ticket holder via the Members sale will be cancelled immediately.

8. Ticketing Access and Purchase

9.1 Without prejudice to any other remedies it may have, the Club shall have the right in the case of any breach of these Terms and Conditions and/or the Terms and Conditions of Entry to cancel and withdraw your Membership and to eject you from the Ground. In the event of such cancellation no refund will be paid in respect of any unexpired portion of the Membership. In such cases, your conduct may be presented to the Club’s Sanction Panel. Please refer to the Official Club Sanctions document which is available at liverpoolfc.com/corporate/official-sanctions-process and which provides a guide to the sanctions that the Club may impose in the circumstances set out below. Without prejudice to the general nature of the above, the following actions shall constitute a serious breach of the Terms and Conditions and/or Terms and Conditions of Entry:9.1.1 smoking in any part of the Ground;9.1.2 being (or appearing intoxicated) within the Ground;9.1.3 persistent standing in seated areas whilst a match is in progress;9.1.4 the sale or transfer (save as permitted in these conditions) of this Membership to any person;9.1.5 the possession of a banner or flag that bears material or slogans that are offensive, obscene, abusive or racist;9.1.6 the deliberate misuse, or suspected deliberate misuse, of the Membership (e.g. deliberately purchasing tickets for matches that the Member does not intend to attend to qualify for higher category matches);9.1.7 the supply of any misleading or incorrect information in any application made to the Club including date of birth;9.1.8 persistent swearing during a match;9.1.9 the throwing of any object within the Ground that may cause injury, damage, distress or annoyance to people or property without lawful authority or excuse;9.1.10 whether at the Ground, or, travelling to or from any Club match:9.1.10.1 the use of foul, obscene, abusive and/or racist language and/or gestures;9.1.10.2 the chanting of anything of an indecent or racist and/or discriminatory nature; or9.1.10.3 fighting or engaging in and/or inciting violence.9.1.11 bringing into the Ground (or using within the Ground): illegal drugs, other illegal substances, fireworks, firecrackers, smoke canisters, air horns, flares, laser devices, bottles, glass vessels or any item that might be used as a weapon or comprise public safety;9.1.12 entering the playing area or any adjacent area to which spectators are not generally admitted without lawful authority or excuse;9.1.13 any act which could and/or does bring the Club into disrepute;9.1.14 any failure to pay or default of payment in respect of any sums owing to the Club (or any third party) in respect of this Membership;9.1.15 use, or where the Club suspects use, of software that is designed to enable or facilitate completion of any part of the ticket purchasing process;9.1.16 purchase, or attempted purchase, of tickets with a view, in the Club’s opinion, to any person obtaining financial gain;9.1.17 any actual or suspected breach of The Breaching of Limits on Ticket Sales Regulations 2018;9.1.18 any breach whatsoever of the any other applicable guidelines (as determined by the Club) enacted by the Club during the Season; and9.1.19 without prejudice to any of the foregoing, any other breach of the Ground Regulations, the Terms & Conditions of Entry or the fan charter (<a href="https://www.liverpoolfc.com/corporate/charter">https://www.liverpoolfc.com/corporate/charter</a>).9.2 In the event that your Membership is withdrawn or cancelled, the Club reserves the right to exclude you from any membership scheme maintained or organised by the Club and/or to disqualify you from applying for any match ticket at its discretion and to notify any Football Authority and/or other football clubs of such exclusion and/or disqualification (and the reason(s) for such exclusion and/or disqualification). In addition, as set out at clause 9.1 above, your conduct may be subject to the Club’s Official Sanctions Process in accordance with the process set out in clause 9.1 above.9.3 The Club reserves the right to suspend the Membership and all associated benefits for a period of time or to withdraw its use in the event of misuse or if abused in any way or in the event of a breach of any of the Terms and Conditions and Club regulations; or in the event of any abusive, dangerous or other unacceptable behaviour by the Member, or if the Member is prohibited by law from attending any football ground.Equality and Anti-Discrimination9.4 The Club is committed to equality and diversity and it is important that all of our fans share the Club’s principles of inclusion.9.5 We require all Members to refrain from engaging in any conduct which is racist, homophobic or abusive and to refrain from any other discriminatory behaviour, including but not limited to discriminatory behaviour in relation to the following characteristics:9.5.1 age;9.5.2 disability;9.5.3 gender reassignment;9.5.4 marriage and civil partnership;9.5.5 pregnancy and maternity;9.5.6 race;9.5.7 religion or belief;9.5.8 sex; and9.5.9 sexual orientation.9.6 Members who engage in any of the behaviours set out at clause 9.5 above may (regardless of the medium in which such behaviour takes place):9.6.1 be subject to actions taken in accordance with Club policies on anti-discrimination as stated on the Club’s website and be subject to the Club’s Official Sanctions Process in accordance with the process set out in clause 9.1 above;9.6.2 be refused entry to or evicted from the Ground;9.6.3 have their Memberships cancelled or withdrawn;9.6.4 be suspended or banned from entering the Ground on future occasions; and/or9.6.5 be subject to prosecution in accordance with law.9.6.1 be subject to actions taken in accordance with Club policies on anti-discrimination as stated on the Club’s website and be subject to the Club’s Official Sanctions Process in accordance with the process set out in clause 9.1 above;9.6.2 be refused entry to or evicted from the Ground;9.6.3 have their Memberships cancelled or withdrawn;9.6.4 be suspended or banned from entering the Ground on future occasions; and/or9.6.5 be subject to prosecution in accordance with law.

9. Cancellation & Withdrawal of Membership

Membership Ticketing10.1 When utilising any tickets purchased by way of your Membership, the following terms shall apply.10.2 Any Members match tickets purchased are for the use of supporters of the Club only in accordance with the Home Match Tickets Conditions of Issue and the Away Match Tickets Conditions of Issue, and by applying for a ticket under your Membership and/or using the same, you hereby warrant and represent that you are a supporter of the Club.10.3 Your Members Card must be produced by way of E-Pass (or such other pass as the Club may provide to you from time to time) together with photographic evidence of your identity if required to do so by any official, steward or employee of the Club or any police officer. The Club reserves the right to refuse admission or eject from the Ground any person who fails to comply with the Terms & Conditions of Entry. Please ensure you carry proof of your name, address and photograph ID with you while you are at the Ground as random spot-checks may be undertaken.10.4 Your Member Card will need to be displayed on your mobile smartphone as an E-Pass in order to gain access to the Ground. Member Cards that are not displayed correctly (for example, due to a defective mobile smartphone or insufficient battery) will be rejected and you may be refused entry.10.5 In the event that you forget your device on which your Members Card is held in E-Pass form or any other ticket that may be issued to you by the Club from time to time such as your Members Card in respect of any individual match, the Club shall not be obliged to admit you or issue any other form of ticket for that match. If a match-day duplicate ticket is issued (at the Club’s sole discretion), the Club may require a £10.00 non-refundable administration charge.10.6 Subject to clause 10.8 below, any tickets purchased under your Membership are issued for your sole use and you shall not resell, dispose of, assign, transfer, lend or otherwise deal with such tickets to any other person without the prior written consent of the Club in accordance with clause 10.8 below or via the Ticket Exchange or via any official Club ticket transfer scheme that the Club may implement from time to time. Further, you shall not use any tickets purchased under your Membership for any commercial purpose including, but not limited to, selling such tickets. The reference to selling tickets includes:10.6.1 offering to sell a ticket (including, without limitation, via an online auction website);10.6.2 exposing a ticket for sale;10.6.3 making a ticket available for sale by another person; or10.6.4 advertising that a ticket is available for purchase.10.7 For the avoidance of doubt (and by way of example only) tickets purchased under your Membership may not be offered as a prize in any promotion or competition; transferred, lent or sold to any third party as part of a hospitality or travel package; given (or offered to be given) to a person who pays or agrees to pay for some other goods or services (or offers to do so) or used for any other commercial purpose; all save as expressly authorised by the Premier League and/or the Club.10.8 You may only sell or transfer a ticket purchased under your Membership to a Guest with the express written consent of the Club given at the Club’s absolute discretion or via any official Club ticket transfer scheme that the Club may implement from time to time, and on the basis that such sale or transfer is in respect of an individual match (i.e. you cannot sell or dispose of the whole entitlement of your Membership) and in consideration of no payment or benefit in excess of the face value of a single ticket to that match and provided further that such transfer does not take place during the course of any business or for the purpose of facilitating any third party’s business. Such resale or transfer to any Guest is hereby provided to be subject to the Terms & Conditions of Entry which will (save for any rights to transfer under this clause) apply to and bind that Guest as if he/she was the original purchaser of the relevant ticket (and you must inform the Guest of this).Membership Benefits (excluding ticketing)10.9 You shall not re-sell, assign, transfer or lend the Membership Benefits attached to your Membership or your Membership itself to any other person whatsoever.10.10 In the event that you forget your Members Card or the device upon which your Members Card is displayed, you may be able to use your confirmation email of your Membership purchase to access your Membership Benefits, although acceptance of such email confirmation in place of a Members Card shall be at the sole discretion of the Club. For the avoidance of doubt email confirmation will not be accepted for any match tickets purchased.

10. Use of Members Card and your Membership

11.1 Except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any negligence of the Club, neither the Club nor any of their officers, employees or agents shall be responsible for (whether in tort, contract or otherwise):11.1.1 any loss, damage or injury to you or to any property belonging to you in or upon or around the Ground or any car park, resulting from any cause whatsoever; or11.1.2 or any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity or any indirect, economic or consequential losses whatsoever.

11. Exclusion of Liability

12.1 If you have any complaints in relation to the Membership please contact Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited, (VAT Number 325195756) Membership Services, Anfield Road, Liverpool, United Kingdom, L4 0TH.12.2 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.12.3 You acknowledge that the Club will hold and process data relating toyou, which may include personal data, for administrative and legal purposes. The personal data that you provide to the Club shall be processed, stored and transferred in accordance with the terms of the Club's current privacy policy.12.4 The Club may amend these terms from time to time in its discretion. Any changes will be published on the Club’s website.

12. General

“Auto Cup Scheme” means the scheme within which qualifying Membership holders are automatically entitled to purchase tickets for Domestic Cup and/or European Cup matches (depending on enrolment type) played by the Club at the Ground with fans in full attendance during the Season (excluding for the avoidance of doubt any matches played away from the Ground and any finals of the relevant competition);“Auto-Renewal” has the meaning provided at clause 3.5;"Conditions of Issue" means the terms and conditions governing the issue and use of a ‘Home Match Ticket’ and an ‘Away Match Ticket’ (as applicable) which can be found at <a href="https://www.liverpoolfc.com/membership/terms-conditions" target="_blank">www.liverpoolfc.com/tickets/ticket-terms</a>;“Domestic Cup” means the FA Cup and/or the EFL Cup;“E-Pass” has the meaning provided at clause 2.5;“European Cup” means the UEFA Champions League, the UEFA EUROPA League and/or the UEFA Europa Conference League;“Football Authority” means each of the Premier League, The Football League, The Football Association, The Football Association of Wales, FIFA, UEFA and other relevant governing body of association football;“Full Member” means the full adult (over 16) membership, further details of which can be found at <a target="_blank">https://www.liverpoolfc.com/membership/adult</a>;“Ground” means the football stadium located at Anfield Road, Liverpool L4 0TH and all other locations owned, occupied or utilised by the Club from time to time;"Ground Regulations" means those ground regulations issued by the Club from time to time that set out the terms and conditions upon which spectators are granted entry to the Ground;“Guest” means a relative, friend, colleague and/or companion to the disabled, each of whom is known to the Member;“Premium Member” means the adult (over 16) membership, further details of which target="_blank">https://www.liverpoolfc.com/membership/adult</a>;“Little Liver Membership” means the little liver junior membership recommended for juniors between the age of 0 and 3, further details of which can be found at <a href="https://www.liverpoolfc.com/membership/junior?lfm_medium=marketing-block-other&lfm_source=cms&lfm_content=basic-page-accordion&lfm_page=%2Fmembership%2Fterms-conditions&lfm_campaign=other-marketing-blocks&lfm_page_position=1" target="_blank">https://www.liverpoolfc.com/membership/junior</a>;“Membership” means the LFC Official Membership which is a seasonal membership scheme and a participant in the Membership is a “Member”;“Members Card” means your seasonal E-Pass or such other seasonal pass as the Club may provide to you from time to time (and/or any rights arising out of or in connection with any of the foregoing) for use of the Membership Benefits;“Membership Contract” has the meaning provided at clause 3.1;“Mighty Red Membership” means the mighty red junior membership recommended for juniors between the age of 4 and 8, further details of which can be found at <a target="_blank">https://www.liverpoolfc.com/membership/junior</a>;"Terms & Conditions of Entry" means each of the rules and regulations of any Football Authority; the Ground Regulations; and the Conditions of Issue; and"Ticket Exchange" means the Club's authorised ticket resale facility.
