FansSupporters Liaison Officer (SLO)
At Liverpool FC, our Supporter Liaison Officers (SLOs) play an essential role in ensuring two-way communication between the Club and its supporters. In line with UEFA requirements, the SLO acts as a bridge between fans and the Club, representing supporter interests while also helping communicate Club policies, procedures, and matchday information.
The SLO contributes to building a positive supporter experience by fostering dialogue, providing clear information, and supporting fans before, during, and after fixtures.

Our SLOs are present in person at every home and away match involving the Men’s games and for the Women’s First Teams the SLO is present for all home games. They work closely with Club departments and supporter groups to ensure a safe, informed, and welcoming environment for all fans.
Contacting the Club on Away Matchdays
This service is for urgent matchday matters only related to away fixtures.
To support fans travelling to domestic and European away fixtures, we operate a dedicated fan support phone line and email address for urgent, match-related matters.
This service is managed by our Supporter Services Team, who will liaise with the SLO on the ground were applicable.
